On my previous post I have mentioned that I need to run on my treadmill in order to lose my weight. Its a pretty challenging task cause I didn't have that strong stamina. My speed range is usually 4-6 and 6 is the highest so far.
I usually don't care at how my speed goes cause I like to go things at my pace but my mum started to complain "If you go into higher speed, you can burned a lot of calories." I know her intention is right, but momma, dont you see that i get really tired easily..
Honestly, I am not really good with sports although I have tried most of it. You name it, swimming? cycling? volleyball? running and all that? Its just that I'm not good at it. No matter how hard I try, its just I'm not the fastest or toughest compared to anyone.
So yesterday, i try to take a break from treadmill and joined my mother to jog at the park. Well I thought its a good thing because I could relax my mind while exercising but IT TURNS OUT NOT AS I PLANNED.
Firstly, like i said just now...I'm not good at sports. (If you considered jogging as a sports). I went to the park at 9 a.m and mostly the park was occupied by old folks. Let me tell you, THEY FREAKIN BEAT ME IN JOGGING TRACK. I thought I was fast, strong & well-build (after training on treadmill.) but of course the old folks are faster than me. Then, i give up. I told myself that I'm just going to run at my own pace and just ignored how slow my jogging speed is.
2) The second problem is that when I'm at the park, and I have iphone in my pocket...then I get distracted to jog because i want to capture everything!!
Now i wondered why.
